Fayat Group has agreed to buy Dynapac, the road construction equipment division of Atlas Copco. Dynapac manufactures soil and asphalt rollers, pavers and planers. According to the agreement, the acquisition includes Dynapac?s sales and service operations in 37 countries and production units in Sweden, Germany, Brazil, India and China.
